In honor of this notion, we would like to introduce you to Scott Ribble, our Guest Experience Manager, who is a key part of this continued effort.
Scott has a true passion for the brand. He remembers, first-hand, the joy he had in owning his first Mercedes-Benz:
"My first was a white 1999 Mercedes-Benz C-230 Kompressor that I purchased from Fletcher Jones. Right after I took delivery, I drove it down PCH and then Main Street in Huntington Beach; I felt like I had really made it. I would go out to my apartment complex parking lot at night and just stare at it and would think to myself, 'that's really my Mercedes.' I thought it was the most beautiful car on the road."
Scott and his talented team of Delivery Specialists work individually with clients as they eagerly get to know their new Mercedes-Benz. The pleasure of working with the clients does not end when they drive off the lot. Our Delivery Specialists are ready and willing to provide their expertise whenever possible.
"Our vehicles are very high-tech, we want to make the process of taking delivery very high-touch."
All of our Delivery Specialists have been with Fletcher Jones Motorcars for several years and they are absolute masters of their craft. Beyond being technical wizards, they are also exceptionally nice people. Our clients definitely notice this, as they often rave about the care, patience, and kindness that has gone into the delivery process.
