Talented, dedicated, and
knowledgeable are only a few of the many words that can be used to describe our
Assistant Service Manager, Steve Henry. Over his 15 years with Fletcher Jones
Motorcars, he has blessed this dealership with his hard work, constant smile,
and devotion to his customers.
In fact, Steve was recently honored with the 2012 Service Laureates Award for achieving one of the top 50 advisors customer satisfaction scores in the nation. Much to Steve's delight, this award included an exciting trip to Germany. There,among many other memorable destinations, he visited the Mercedes-Benz factory in Stuttgart where he was fascinated to witness the assembly process of a Mercedes-Benz vehicle from the beginning stage (a sheet of metal) to completion!
Steve enjoyed his entire visit from the delicious food to the sight-seeing. Most of all, he relished in the opportunity to meet and mingle with fellow serviceadvisors who share his passion for cars. Click here to view his photos.
