
Meet the Hale Group, (pictured from left to right) Mike Manikas, Rick Kilekas, Brandon Hale, and Thomas Carnevale. This dynamic sales team has been an integral part of Fletcher Jones Motorcars for 10 years. Brandon Hale initially started The Hale Group with the aim to sell people their dream car & create lifelong friendships along the way. He has been immersed in the dealership business since childhood and the love for automobiles runs deep.
Mike Manikas, from Tampa, Florida has been with the Fletcher Jones family for 14 years. Immediately after high school, he joined the Marine Corps and went through training for Vietnam. Mike currently lives in Fullerton with his wife and five children. When asked why he chose Fletcher Jones Motorcars, he replied, "I knew that it was going to be the largest Mercedes-Benz dealership in the world."
Thomas Carnevale began his career with Mercedes-Benz in Germany, where he went through extensive, rigorous training. He has worked for Mercedes-Benz for 26 years and for 21 years, he has been a valued member of our Fletcher Jones Motorcars family.
Rick Kilekas comes to us from Boston and now resides in Huntington Beach. He has been in the auto industry for 33 years and has been working with Fletcher Jones Motorcars for 10 years. "The industry is great because, if you do it right, you end up in a win/win situation. You're happy, the customer is happy, and you've built a long-term relationship."
The Hale Group aims to consistently exceed customer expectations. They treat their clients like friends and family, and always like to keep in touch. Not only do they take the time to send out birthday cards and follow-up reminders, but they also distribute a quarterly magazine so that their customers can keep updated on their lives as well. "When our customers move, they ask to stay on our mailing list... they like keeping in touch as much as we do because they are like family to us!"
