
Veterans Day is a special time to give thanks to all of the men and women who have served our country and those who are currently serving. As a tribute, we are very proud and honored to feature some of our Veterans here at Fletcher Jones Motorcars.

Senior Airman (S) Sgt. Phillip O. Gill
Airman Gill was born in Oakland, California. He joined the United States Air Force after graduating high school in 2000 and attended basic military training at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, Texas.
During his career, Airman Gill served as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance specialist, a Repair & Reclamation team member (Crash Recovery), and an Honor Guardsman. He participated in Operation Enduring Freedom and was deployed in support of Operation Southern Watch and Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. Airman Gill has been assigned to the following units: 4th Fighter Wing in Goldsboro, North Carolina, and the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing in Doha, Qatar.
Airman Gill earned an A.A.S. degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force in Randolph AFB, Texas. His military awards and decorations include the Air Force Commendation Medal and the Global War on Terrorism Medal. Airman Gill was also selected as the 9th Air Force Maintenance Professional of the Year, 2003 and the Air Force Sergeants Association First Term Airman of the year, 2002.
